absolutely loved being back in Foxwood Hollow! Patrick and Cooper were great side characters in the first novel, and it was wonderful to see them fall in love. While this is an age gap novel, I appreciate that Cooper is in his mid (late?) twenties and has life experience before getting involved with Patrick. It wasn’t what I expected. It was definitely showed me new things that I actually might be into in books or in reading in general. I never really read a book where they had this type of Dom and submissive relationship. I honestly enjoyed it. It was soft around the edges. It was perfect. The character development was nice like drama, but I will say Cooper did break my heart on several occasions. He is sweet innocent and must be protected at all costs. )
