by Blake R. Wolfe
After being cruelly outed and exiled from his pack for loving the wrong person, Matt is a broken rogue wolf searching for a fresh start. He finds his way to Shifter Grove, a sanctuary for those cast aside, hoping for peace and a place to belong. But his arrival is anything but quiet when he immediately lashes out at the local alpha, Ace, rejecting him as his fated mate in a fit of defensive rage.
Ace is a rugged, cowboy-hat-wearing alpha who has finally found his match, only to have his heart bruised by the man he was destined to protect. Convinced that Matt hates him, Ace prepares to keep his distance, but fate has other plans. When Matt is assigned to work on Ace’s farm to earn his keep, the two enemies are thrust into a forced-proximity scenario that makes avoiding the intense spark between them impossible.
This cozy paranormal romance perfectly balances high-stakes pack dynamics with the warmth of a found-family community. With its second-chance themes and irresistible enemies-to-lovers tension, this story is a light, fluffy, and deeply satisfying read for anyone looking to lose themselves in a small-town shifter world where love finds a way.

Nice story about a young werewolf kicked out of his pack, finding his mate, and place in the world. Shifter Grove is the place for Roger wolves! Leads and characters were great! Read it! ) One person found this helpful

Sweet cozy small town romance that’s 98% fluff. This felt like a light beach read kind of book, which was just what I needed after reading something more intense. I was a little annoyed with some things that felt like they were left unresolved, but maybe they will be addressed in the sequels. All in all, a very believable love story that will warm your heart. ) One person found this helpful

A well written storyline about discarded individuals finding/creating their own family group. Reasonable character development and plot, ending with the expected positive hopes. ) One person found this helpful

I always enjoy this author and the Michigan rep. since I'm from Michigan too. Matt and Ace were cute together ❤️ Ace was patient and kind, just perfect. I did wonder what his previous name was though? There was A LOT of crying from Matt, but most of it was justified. A great story overall. ) One person found this helpful

I loved the entire story. Matt gets kicked out of his pack for being gay and finds himself at a hotel that takes in people in his situation. I loved the slow build up to a love story with ace. They have the typical awkward start that builds into their happily ever after. Highly recommend this book. )
