How to Drive a Dragon Crazy (Dragon Kin series Book 6)

by G.A. Aiken

About this book

If you crave a paranormal romance that balances high-stakes bloodshed with laugh-out-loud humor, look no further than this electrifying installment of the Dragon Kin series. G.A. Aiken delivers a masterclass in urban fantasy, blending brutal world-building with the chaotic, simmering tension of a long-awaited enemies-to-lovers arc.

The story centers on the gorgeous, arrogant, and blue-haired dragon shifter Éibhear the Blue and the fiercely independent woman who refuses to be his damsel. While Éibhear is convinced he needs to protect her on a perilous quest through god-forsaken lands, she has other plans. She intends to use the journey to lure this overconfident warlord into a trap of intimacy, turning his own possessive nature against him until he suffers the most delicious kind of defeat.

Aiken’s signature style—a chaotic mix of mead-hall brawls and razor-sharp banter—is on full display here. It is the perfect pick for readers who love shifters with massive egos and heroines who are just as dangerous as the monsters they challenge. Whether you are already a fan of the series or looking for a wild, action-packed thrill ride, this book is a fan-favorite for a reason. Prepare to be obsessed.

I'm a big fan of the Dragon Kin series but this was just magnificent. OMG did I love this book! *rubbing my hands in glee* I mean I'm not a fast reader but I became totally obsessed with this and who wouldn't...it has dragons! I had been waiting...not so patiently...to finally read Iseabail \"Izzy\" the Dangerous and Éibhear the Blue/Contemptible's story. Now the problem with a series that goes on more than 3-4 episodes is that you get to know the characters more indepth and pine for particular...

Finally, it's time for Izzy and Éibhear to tell their story.. It has been a book GA Aiken (author Shelly Laurenston's alter ego) has been building up to since almost the very beginning of her Dragon Kin Series.. These two were meant to be and only two such insane individuals could have waited this long to make it work. Isobael one of the two perfect PERFECT daughters of Talaith, the Nolwen Witch and Briec the mighty.. at least that what Briec will tell you. Raised in secret, used as a tool to...

Really good story/addition to the series :D

4-4.5 stars This was a really good story and addition to the series. TBH, with the way things had been in previous books and the way Éibhear acted in the beginning of this book, I thought he was going to ruin the book for me because he pissed me off enough that all I wanted to do was slap him. Thankfully, Éibhear got a clue and stopped acting like a complete prat after a bit and then I really enjoyed the story. Izzy is the daughter of Talaith (a MC from book #2, About a Dragon). Izzy is also a...

I loved it!!

I couldn't wait for the book that would bring Eibhear and Isabail's story together and here it is. It may not be one of the most romantic of the series but their story was more about growing into their relationship than the actual romance of it. I liked that the story didn't focus on the sexual tension and sexual nature of their relationship but it brought a different dimension to the series where sex was a big focus. I really enjoyed the grown up Eibhear and Izzy and their family dynamics. The...

What a relief - I actually loved it, even though I expected not to.

I also waited a long time for Izzy and Eibhear's story. As I waited, I felt like I was watching an oncoming train approach a car stalled on the railroad tracks. I was convinced that Mz. Aiken had painted herself into a corner with these two characters. In What a Dragon Should Know and Last Dragon Standing, Izzy and Eibhear stupidly inflicted wounds on each other that would destroy virtually any relationship. The next two books seemed to confirm that as much as I truly liked Izzy and Eibhear...
