Set in the same world already existing in the previous Omegaverse series Howl's Edge Island, comes this hot rich alpha pack who happen to find their omega by hiring her to be the maid. Now, the maid bit doesn't last long AT ALL!! But it is the start of all the spicy hot smexy times! So I love omegaverse novels, and when I saw a mention of this new book in one of my smuty book groups I had to check it out. I'll start with what I liked 👍 The smut was super graphic and I liked it alot especially because it was packed with 🍑 scenes and you don't get it in most books. The story it self was super weird to me and the writing was average at best. To be honest all the characters were super flat even for a smuty novel, no back stories or a sense of who they are.. even reasoning...

Definitely not lacking in the spice area!! Super super descriptive group, solo, and booty scenes. The writing of character development and basic plot gets tangled a few times. I read a few reviews about the writing style and would agree with it. Ruby was a character introduced later in the book and then was completely abandoned without explanation. I read a lot of paranormal shifter books and this is the 1st one ever that an alpha wasn't able to detect another shifter's smell. Even couldn't...

This book had great potential. (Spoilers ahead) The introduction to the guys is where it goes down hill. First they seem respectful but then flip to pervs. All 4 are not distinct enough either. Hardly any personality to any of them. I hate the document they wanted her to sign for protection because at that point they just wanted her to be their whore. This book was cute. I loved it if imma be honest. Some of the wording was a little cringy, but I devoured this in a day (could have done it in three hours but ya know, life) )
