Milking with the Minotaur: A Minnetaur Dairy Romance

by Cassandra Medcalf

About this book

Betrayed by the King of the Gods and left to raise a demigod son alone, Betsy finds herself in an impossible situation. Her baby has needs that her mortal body cannot provide, leading her to accept a desperate, magical bargain. She is whisked away to the rural cornfields of Minnesota, forced into the care of Felix, a brooding, exiled minotaur with a history of divine heartbreak and a deep-seated distrust of Olympus.

This paranormal shifter romance thrives on the tension of forced proximity as two outcasts are thrust into a domestic arrangement neither asked for. As they navigate the messy realities of single motherhood and the isolation of the countryside, the slow-burn chemistry between them begins to smolder. Felix is hardened by his past, but Betsy’s strength and vulnerability soon bring him to his knees, challenging everything he thought he knew about trust and connection.

Blending heartfelt emotional stakes with genuinely spicy, unconventional encounters, this story is more than just a wild premise. It is a compelling exploration of found family, second-chance love, and the resilience required to thrive when the gods turn their backs on you. If you are looking for a unique, character-driven escape, this is your next obsession.

Loved It!

May 4, 2026

I loved this book! Great world building and wonderful characters. I loved both Betsy and Felix so much. Even from the beginning you really get a sense of who they are and get emotionally invested. Despite coming from completely different circumstances- and very different histories- both are clearly emotionally (as well as physically) effected by it and have their separate demons to face; their own insecurities to overcome. But at the core they are caring and goodhearted people and being...

Minotaurs and demigods, oh my!

May 25, 2026

A fun story about an exiled minotaur and the human woman who brings him to his knees. Betsy is handling life as a single mom of a demigod as well as she can, considering she had to leave her life behind to live with a grouchy minotaur on a remote farm due to a mythical loophole in her parenting skills. Felix is content with his life alone, but when Betsy shows up and rattles him to his very foundation, he's afraid to ask for more than solitude and loneliness. These two were so enjoyable to...

Spice with heart

Initially I went into this book simply looking for something ridiculous and raunchy to distract myself from another book I was supposed to be reading and failing to enjoy. With a name like Milking with the Minotaur, there's very little to suggest anything other than kinky spice with a zoophilic leaning - But oh my god it's absolutely precious. It seems like every time I pick up a smut novel lately, it's always a bit dubious about consent or boundaries. But when I choose a \"forced...

Monster Romance + Greek Mythology + Lactation

April 22, 2026

Going into this book, I expected some fun monster romance, breeding kink and hucow aspects. Otherwise, I went in blind solely based upon the cover. What I did not expect was the Greek mythology aspects of this book. In Milking with the Minotaur, Betsy sleeps with a man, who turns out to be Zeus, himself. At which point, she becomes pregnant with a half Minotaur baby and Zeus all but abandons her. The pregnancy and birth is difficult, and she is struggling to keep her newborn baby fed with her...

Very spicy milking

Loved this book. It is a great hucow 🐮 type read. But with a human and a very big Minotaur. Betsy is knocked up by Zeus and after delivering his demigod baby with the help of Hera mind you, she now needs help from a Minotaur 🐂 . Not just any help though, cause her little baby Apollo is a Minotaur too. Love how the gods children can be anything. Which isn’t like a normal baby at all. Feeding and growth being a big one for this plot. She doesn’t produce enough milk 🥛 to feed her baby demigod....
