Sometimes you just need a sweet, simple (but oh so spicy) palate cleanser. This is just the ticket. Lola has a knack for building worlds and characters that you get invested in, even in shorter and/or standalone novels. This was such an enjoyable read for me. So this will be filled with potential and, let’s face it, actual spoilers because anything below a four star deserves an explanation. This book had a lot of potential.
