Now that Veronica found her sister and sent her home she has a lot of other issues to worry about. She is the only human in the city and apparently her blood smells wonderful to vampires so she’s constantly being attacked by them. Alex‘s brother is being a jerk and trying to force her to become a vampire against her will. She ends up being kidnapped by people who really didn’t want to do it in the first place but we’re forced to do it. She tries to save herself and ends up hurting herself...

So far, all the vampires want to attack Veronica because she's human. However, the shadow that has been around her since she was little, has just done something that definitely requires the next book! I really love how each trilogy is separated yet together as a whole. It makes it more interesting for each pair to get their own light. I'm grabbing all of these, because the characters are great, the plot will grab you and not let go, and the writing is perfect! )

And omg it just left me on a huge cliffhanger and I’ve got to go see what has happened, this whole Shadow City series is just fantastic !! Oh make sure to go ahead and at the bare minimum get the 3 books in the series because you are gonna need them!! After the first 3 with silver wolf I bought the while shadow city collection this is something you gonna want to just keep diving into!! )
