This is the first book in this series. Sara was part of a forced mating. Her mate isn't nice to her and cheats openly. Then one day she wakes up in the hospital. This is a well written story with great characters. This is one you will need to read carefully, or you will miss things. This one is worth your time. )

4 1/2 stars A suspenseful story that started out with a captivating opening sequence of events that had me on the edge of my seat. The story felt realistic. Good drama, wonderful suspense, great cast of characters and riveting moments. I enjoyed reading this book. )

This was a serviceable shifter romance if you're looking for a specific type of read. I was initially drawn to it because I haven't seen a Polar bear shifter romance before and I was very interested. I can say that there are a few things that didn't make it a stellar read, but there were a few things I liked. Firstly there is DA portrayed on page, and there aren't any trigger warnings. There is also some dubious consent, and I'm not here to yuck anyone's yum, but I do prefer there to be clear...
