I feel like my heart was ripped out of my chest, torn into pieces, chewed up, and put back in my chest but it in the best way! In the beginning, when Evan and Caleb were denying their mate connection I kept screaming at them and giggling. Honestly had some ups and downs with this. There’s one scene I thought would come back up as there was mention of specific powers but it was never brought back up or mentioned. Definitely a slow burn and bully romance. It is cute though. I could take it or leave it as a kind of eh book. Decent writing though! )

What an amazing story, I have only read this one. I had no idea this is the third book of a saga. I think this book is amazing and it can be read as a standalone book.
