I love everything there is about this book!! From beginning to end it’s a none stop adventure of the love, hate, strength, wisdom and courage and compassion of a family that has overcome so much. And this was written by the most phenomenal and inspiring Authors!! I was so excited when Marissa announced she would create a second book in her enthralling Moonrise Kingdom series! The first one, The Perfect Luna was amazing, and I couldn't wait to explore this fantasy world Marissa has intricately weaved. By the way, you can read this book as a stand alone; I just highly recommend reading The Perfect Luna as well since it's a fabulous book. Back to The Luna Trials, it does not disappoint. Marissa is a wonderful and brilliant writer. I can't believe how quickly and deeply I fall into her stories...time and time again. I haven't read this story for quite some time - until now. I can't put it down. I've had it for a week and I'm already almost half way through, it's such a beautiful story. Savannah and Kai. Elene and Penelope. Bjorn. Magical and intricate stories for so many characters in one book. Amazing. I could read these books all day, every day. I can't wait to own them all! )
