Second book in this series and it is equally as good as the first. Couldn’t put it down. Love the characters (even the bad ones). )

While I did not read book 1 of this series, book 2, The Stolen Bride, is captivating. I received an audio version of the book to review and am thrilled to say it is a must read/listen! Strong characters and character development, amazing scenes, and enthralling action, all perfectly enhance the slowly developing love story between Clover and Victor. I've read both books in this series and have enjoyed both. Frankly, I am still not sure what is really going on. Why are the human women being sucked into this magical world? Hopefully it will become clearer in the next book. Still well worth my time and $$ ) One person found this helpful

Loved, loved loved this book!! Snarky main female character, touch her and die, berserkers, fabulous one liners - finished this book in 2 days. Clover, seemingly just a human, has no idea what is going on when she is kidnapped and delivered to Viktor to make him turn evil. However not all is as it seems, and Clover seems to figure that out before anyone else. Love the plot development, the chemistry between her and Viktor, etc. Can't recommend this book enough!! ) 3 people found this helpful

I'm truly enjoying this creative twist of beserker/sentinels battling their beasts rage and shifters who succumbed to theirs...while hoping to find their firebrand, the one who can calm them. The story of Viktor and Clover is full of action, humor, Alpha male and strong heroine attraction as they grow individually and as a couple...while the series lore grows and evolves brings them to a resolution but hints towards more to come. ) One person found this helpful
