Love this book very quick read, but it did not lack any details or storyline for a standalone. It definitely gave you everything you needed. Highly recommend. )

I enjoyed reading this book 📖 But it only took a day, maybe a day and a half. A few typos like when the wolf inside Hayden is wagging HIS tail instead the story said MY TAIL, but the speaker was in human form!! Then in one spot it says Ashley's eyes are silver, but everywhere else the color of her eyes are mentioned they are AMBER. It is Haden's eyes that are said to be silver at times and storm-gray at other times. Jordan's eyes are supposed to be the same as Hayden, but his eyes are...

I enjoyed the first half or so of this book a lot. I love a good second chance with the perfect amount of heartbreak and grovel. However, there were a few minor issues I had with the book. It’s very unlikely that Ashley was able to attain “Dr” status as a geneticist in 5 years and be doing independent research. Also, she never used a fake name, so if Hayden had truly been searching everywhere for her, he should have been able to find her quite easily. Also, she had never heard of or believed...

An exciting pageturner of a woman who survives abuse of childhood and grows into a brilliant scientist in adulthood while raising a child on her own.
