I Loved this out of the box take on shifters that is beautifully written and has been completely flipped it on its head. It has a slow burn, it is mature and open minded. I love the story. Wolf’s Bane is the first book in the Wolves Next Door series by Auryn Hadley. This turned out to be exactly what I’ve been craving. This was such a good start to a new series. At first I was like....im over wolves....and then i was like, an older woman with a kiddo? Not sure....but I know by now to just trust Auryn! So happy this book came out, it really helped my hangover from The Wrath of Angels that I had put off reading because I never wanted that series to end. The book description and cover art did nothing to warn the reader this book was based on multiple partner. It’s NOT polygamous, as another reviewer mentioned. It’s merely polyamorous.
