Bound and Unbound: A paranormal novella duology
Ali Hazelwood
by M Guida
Once the proud heiress of a French Quarter empire, Elara Ash has been reduced to a mere servant, shackled by enchanted bracelets and forced to serve the stepmother who destroyed her family. In this treacherous kingdom of monsters, she is no longer a daughter; she is property. But when Lorenzo D’Amico, the vampire mafia’s most ruthless enforcer, enters the shadows to investigate her captor, the power dynamic shifts irrevocably.
What begins as a dangerous game of cat and mouse quickly evolves into a forbidden romance. Lorenzo is cold, untouchable, and supposed to be her greatest enemy, yet he sees through her servitude to the rare, powerful blood running through her veins. When he vows to break her chains, he ignites a war that threatens to consume them both. This is not a fairy tale of glass slippers and midnight dances; it is a dark, visceral struggle for survival.
M. Guida delivers a gripping vampire romance that masterfully blends high-stakes mafia tension with a twisted Cinderella retelling. With tropes like he-fell-first, touch-her-and-die, and secret identities, this page-turner is an absolute must-read for fans of dark paranormal fiction. If you crave intense chemistry and high-octane suspense, prepare to be hooked until the very last drop of blood.

The third installment in this series and definitely it does not disappoint. I went through this quickly, it pull me in and didn't let go. Starts with a funeral and develops into a love story of a hybrid and vampire enforcer. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. )
