way to end such a love and hate filled journey. I have to admit that when we started the second part of this story I was annoyed by Silvia. Perhaps, it was because I didn’t know her as well as I knew Keir. For as many flaws as she had she was true blue. I had a hard time accepting Silvia as clan head by simply “deposing” their previous ruler. I understand that what happened to her from the Order and then at the hands of Raphael is how she got there. I loved the first book. It had a few editing errors and plot holes. But this one was lacked luster for me. Skipping 6 months was disappointing. I don't mind time jumps but it would have been nice to see some of the planning happened. Not to mention how short this book is compared to the first. Then not showing the first \"I Love you\" in the chapter when we got to see the events that led up to it was a disappointment. I loved the wedding part tho. I couldn't put this book down. I finished this book faster than I thought. I found this book filled with emotions from the main characters, Silvia once a hunter to being the head clan leader of Carpe Noctem and Keir the intended royal heir to the clan. The beginning of the storyline was filled with saddness of Silvia running for two years and Keir trying to help her people while waiting for Silvia to return.
