This one wasn't what I expected, but what I needed. So far so good I haven't been able to stop reading since I started the first, second and now this third one.. It has everything from vamps, werewolves, witches, demons, power etc.. it was funny, sexy and kick-ass.. I love the main character!!! Piper, I love her attitude and personality, she's badass definitely my type of girl. I liked getting to know the other characters and the bond they form. It was one thing after another, never a dull...

I keep coming back to this series, it's a good story so I'm trying to finish it. I take long breaks between each book, months. People in my reading groups rave about Kel Carpenter and she deserves their praise. She's a wonderful author and a exceptional story teller. My only issue is that she's not a very humorous writer. Characters in her books are always well developed and act true to the nature she creates for them. But they're just so serious. 4 stars 🌟 missing the laughs. ) 3 people found...

‼️Some spoilers ‼️ Literally devoured this book, you’d think I was The Harvester, myself!!! This series just gets better and better. I’m dying to find out what Bree meant when she whispered to Piper “she was doing it for her.” It makes me wonder if she knew Lorcan was already in New Chicago. Because if he is her Atman, bonded yet or not, she should’ve sensed when he was around, and sensed his magic. Before Piper and Ronan bonded she could always tell when he was near, so I’m dying to know...

This series just gets better and better. I loved reading about Piper's changes in this book. Piper and Ronan are obviously perfect for each other. I am glad we get to see so much of the auxiliary characters. There is a perfect blend of romance and action. I literally could not put the book down and read it in one day. I highly recommend reading this series and you need to start with book 1. ) One person found this helpful

The next story of course dives deeper into Bree and darn it these cliffhangers! But loving it!!! Not too much into spice for this book, it’s there but spice lite but Ronan shows his love. Power is growing….. )
