by Zak Maymin

About this book

An apolitical PhD student finds his quiet life shattered when he is thrust into a high-stakes supernatural conspiracy where the fate of the world hinges on a single, impossible decree. With the crops rotting and ancient powers awakening, he discovers that he is the only one capable of tipping the scales. He has twenty-one days to decide his path, but his journey is complicated by the White Witches, who wield desire as a lethal weapon.

This dark romantic thriller defies categorization, blending historical intrigue, mathematical riddles, and the forbidden secrets of the Kabbalah into a pulse-pounding narrative. As he navigates a dangerous academy of magic, he must confront the raw, carnal power of witchcraft that threatens to consume his autonomy. It is a world where every touch carries a consequence and every secret could be his last.

For readers seeking a paranormal romance that pushes boundaries, this story offers a visceral experience where passion functions as the engine of the plot. It is a bold, intellectual, and intensely physical exploration of choice and coercion. Prepare for a genre-bending ride that turns myths into modern nightmares, leaving you questioning the thin line between salvation and total surrender.

I read this book even during the night. I couldn't put it aside. It is not just thriller. It is much much more: philosophical esse, art history, adventure, etc. It is unic book: unusual story lines, composition with unexpected turns, very dynamic. I highly recommend people to read this book. It is a great pleasure. )
