Not going to lie I was really scared for a bit but I really love where the story went. The way Annabelle is able to shut off her emotions really befits her position as the devil. I also love how good of a mother she has become, she really didn’t want a kid at first but you can really tell she loves her daughter. In this book we really see that a mother’s love (yes even the Devil’s) is the most powerful emotion and that fact made me emotional. I can’t wait for the next book. ) One person found...

Oh Anna! She finds herself in a bit of a pickle and the choice she makes had some repercussions, not only for he rbut her circle as well. We really get to see her circle band together and support each other...which I loved seeing. Anna has to make some decisions and ohhh I can't wait to see the outcome of what happens. Bring on book 6 )

I had the same problems with this book as with books 2 - 4, except to an even bigger extent. The FMC is sassy and kickass and the steamy scenes are ridiculously hot! But, I feel like Belle needs to be not quite so bratty. She had definitely grown over the books, but at the beginning she shuts her emotions off and it just made all the issues I've struggled with even more pronounced. Hence why this one got a 3-star. )
