Brent Silva has spent his entire life mastering the art of control. As a half-demon club owner, he suppresses his hungry incubus nature to focus on one singular goal: vengeance against the ancient enemy who once shattered his world. He is a man defined by discipline, until Chaya Westbrook walks into his life and turns his carefully constructed reality upside down.
Chaya is far more than just a waitress; she is a determined woman desperate to join the war against the demons hunting her kind. She is courageous, headstrong, and completely unafraid of the dark, brooding man who signs her paychecks. Chaya is intent on proving to Brent that she is capable of handling the front lines of battle and the intense, smoldering chemistry that sparks whenever they are in the same room.
This scorching paranormal romance masterfully blends high-stakes action with the addictive tension of a workplace forbidden-desire trope. As their simmering connection turns into an undeniable heat, the ghosts of Brent’s past threaten to destroy their future. If you are looking for a pulse-pounding, standalone escape into a world of angels and demons, this intense journey of sacrifice and passion is the perfect next read.

In the series, this one was great because it was a bit of a turn and not about the knights. it was about a friend a Demon who helps them. and a Demi who is a sister to one of the knight's mates. great story and helped me understand the world better. )

Brent hasn't been able to take his eyes off the beautiful, strong and curvy women who stalked into his life, with her leather skirts, spiky heels and one sassy mouth. Both Chaya and Brent know what they want, what they need, what they crave,...

An absolute page turner. I love the transition of these stories. Each new book is introduced slowly in the previous book of the series. The characters are vivid and amazing! )

This installment in Knights of Hell series surprised me. I still liked this book however, I wasn’t expecting it to focus so much on BDSM and Dom and Sub relationships. I did really like Chaya and Brent’s love for each other and fierce need to protect each other. But I also felt like the conflict in this book wasn’t developed well and was wrapped up too quickly. )
