Step into the dark, seductive world of the Afterlife nightclub, where the shadows hold secrets and the supernatural elite reign supreme. Dominic Draven, the arrogant and powerful King of all supernatural life, believes he has seen everything—until a seemingly ordinary mortal waitress named Keira walks into his club and turns his immortal existence upside down.
This special edition offers a fresh, dual-perspective experience, weaving together Keira’s journey with the raw, unfiltered thoughts of the King himself. As their paths collide, the tension between them ignites, challenging the boundaries of power and destiny. Draven expects control, but he soon discovers that some forces, especially a soulmate, cannot be tamed.
Perfect for fans of gritty urban fantasy and high-stakes paranormal romance, this story is a masterclass in angst and longing. It is a slow-burn battle of wills where the stakes are life and death, and the prize is a heart that has long been hardened by eternity. If you crave intense chemistry, supernatural intrigue, and a hero who is as dangerous as he is devoted, this epic saga is your next obsession. Prepare to be consumed by a world where love is the most powerful magic of all.

I've read every thing that Stephanie Hudson has written and all of her books are fabulous. I enjoyed the story lines and the characters in all of the books. I've started over rereading the series. )

After reading the first Afterlife series, I wanted to jump in and become part of the life of the book. While anxiously awaiting other characters' stories to be introduced, I felt there was more to be told. Well, the account from DD's POV has thrown me back into the world with a vengeance. Including Kiera's story in the special edition has me itching for more!! ) 2 people found this helpful

I am a huge fan of Stephanie’s books ever since she brought out the first Book of the Afterlife saga years ago. When she announced that there was going to be a few books from Draven’s POV, I was super excited. The book was as great as all the others – very emotional and giving nice insights into his thoughts. I had an inkling as to what Dom was thinking when he met Kazzy....or so I thought!!! Scratch every thing you thought you knew and just shut up and read lol. As always Stephanie never ceases to amaze me. I honestly don't know where to begin without giving away the story. What I will say is that reading his point of view really makes me what to know more about what he was thinking when other things happened in the rest of the saga! If you have not finished reading his point of view yet GET TO IT...
