by Lynda D. Brown

About this book

Best-selling romance novelist Leah Lewis-Armin has it all: a whirlwind marriage to the handsome Claude, an adorable son named CJ, and a massive following of fans who view her life as the ultimate fairy tale. Hoping to share the love, Leah launches an online dating site that instantly goes viral. But behind the digital glamour, her picture-perfect life begins to unravel. Her husband vanishes for weeks at a time, and her young son begins exhibiting behavior that is nothing short of terrifying.

Desperate for answers, Leah hires private investigator Greg Taylor to uncover the truth about her husband’s mysterious background. What Greg unearths is a chilling, age-old secret that reaches far beyond a failing marriage. As the lines between the modern world and ancient malevolence blur, Leah discovers that her family is at the center of an epic battle between light and darkness.

This gripping installment in the Invisible Enemies series masterfully blends paranormal suspense with the classic guardian-angel trope. It is a haunting exploration of good versus evil that will keep you questioning the shadows in your own home. If you are looking for a supernatural thriller that makes you think as much as it makes your heart race, this is your next must-read.
