I loved Charlie and Liam’s fish out of water, fated mates romance. This is another great installment in this spellbinding series and a further view of what Paragon looks like now that it has been decades since the empress has been destroyed. I was pulled into the captivating story and the world from the first sentence. Charlie and Liam are portrayed as real, relatable people who have flaws, but are really trying to just do their best as messy fallible beings who have scars from their pasts....

An appropriate finale to the story even if a bit too Hallmark Channel for my tastes. Things went well for the heroine and even leave more challenges that could be resolved in the future if the author so chose to do. I look forward to reading the Tanglewood Sisters and learning of the great queen if Darnuith!! ❤️ )
