Crown Me Dead: A Dark Fantasy Romance (Heartstring Duet)
Liv Zander
by Robyn Peterman
Mother Nature has officially lost her patience with the bickering between a granddaughter and her grandfather, Satan himself. In a twist of cosmic proportions, she forces a psycho body swap that traps them in each other's skin for one week. If they cannot learn to respect one another, they are destined to remain in this hellish purgatory for eternity. It is a darkly hilarious journey that forces the unlikely duo to navigate the absurdity of their new forms while facing the reality of their supernatural existence.
The chaos intensifies as the eccentric found-family travels to London for what was supposed to be a peaceful redemption tour. Instead, they find themselves battling a vicious fairy gang and dealing with the comedic fallout of their mismatched bodies. As Satan plays the role of a temperamental toddler and the rest of the crew struggles with their own physical mishaps, the stakes skyrocket when the Oklahoma Vamps kidnap the love of Astrid's life.
This installment of the beloved Hot Damned series perfectly blends demon-filled dark romance with laugh-out-loud humor. With high-stakes danger, sharp wit, and a touch of the macabre, this paranormal adventure is the perfect escape for readers craving a story where the fate of the world is just as chaotic as the characters themselves.

I love Satan's and Astrid's obsessions. The punishment at the end was perfect. Great book and series with true laugh out loud moments. )

Another great read. I as always laughed so hard ppl looked at me like I was crazy! ( read it outside) Good story, the hilarity of the situation was as great as the rest of the series! I have no idea where Robyn comes up with some of the things she does, but I am so happy she does. I think she really needs to have one where Mother Nature gets paid back for causing crap! I want another book ASAP! ) One person found this helpful

The gang is back. Silly, funny, and danger. A new powerful mysterious friend or foe? A loved one to save. A fantastic series. No cliffhanger and hea. )

It is physically impossible to read this book and not wet yourself. How Robyn can come up with such endearing and hilarious characters is beyond me. Hats off to a funny, outstanding read. ) One person found this helpful

Was wonderful! The Freaky Friday trope was on point and were would Astrid be without Martha, Jane and Lizard. I would have enjoyed a little more of Gigi but it's ok. I'm hoping for more books in the Hot Damned series. )
