The Chaos of forgiveness

What a great second book of the series!!! It was a nice change of not having the usual demon enemies causing trouble. This book was as science oriented as the characters themselves…every action has a reaction. From the disastrous oil drilling to “fixing” it. From Cyan hating Stryke to teaching him about forgiveness. There were moments of tears but then there was knowing what those tears meant. I can’t wait for the next book. )

Much Better Than

4.5 Stars This was much better than the 1st book. I really enjoyed it and loved both mc's. Adventure, suspense and just the right amount of steamy sex. The epilogues could have been better. We're being spoon fed what's happening with the angels. And I didn't like the jump in time about Chasm/Chaos. I'm looking forward to the next book but it doesn't come out till October. )

I've been reading this series out of order but that's ok, I wanted to read this book because I felt like I knew Stryke a little better after reading Legacy of Desire and wanted to read his story. Stryke blames himself for his brother's death because he was responsible for him at that time. But it wasn't his fault. Cyan blames Stryke for her best friend's death because it was one of his companies' weapons that killed her. Cyan goes into this book seeking revenge for her friend's death. These two...

You outdid yourself Larissa. What a great read. Loved Stryke and Cyan, they are a pair, of indiviuals who were both hurting, One, not not watch lost his younger brother, and the other a great Friend. Stryke lost his younger brother Chaos thru watching him at a Fair, and Cyan, lost Shanea thru one of Stryke's weapons so she was looking for revenge.
