Of Silver and Sin (The Silver Court Duology)

by Kaytalin Platt

About this book

Tenele Raider is a Maiden of the Red Court, a lethal hunter born from the ashes of the Queens War. Her existence is defined by a singular, bloody purpose: eradicating the monsters that crawl from the shadows. But when a mysterious wave of black runes marks a trail of carnage across the border, Tenele is forced into the ultimate demon deal. To uncover the truth, she must partner with Ranemir Stroud, a predatory Shade who feeds on both pleasure and pain.

This dark fantasy romance thrusts two natural enemies into a volatile forced-proximity dynamic. As they navigate the treacherous, shadowed realms of hell, their partnership shifts from a tactical necessity to a dangerous, burning obsession. Tenele soon discovers that the monster she is tasked to jail is the only one who truly understands the darkness growing within her own soul.

Perfect for fans of high-stakes reverse-harem tension and gritty world-building, Of Silver and Sin is a visceral descent into a land of warring gods and forbidden cravings. As the lines between hunter and prey blur, Tenele must decide if she is willing to sacrifice her destiny for a love that could consume them both. Prepare for an addictive, spicy journey where the greatest danger isn't the abyss, but the heart.

Unique & well written fantasy

This was a 4.5 star read for me. I enjoyed the world and the characters. The FMC Tenele was badass without being immortal or infallible; sometimes even a strong warrior gets in over her head, you know? The priest was probably the most intriguing character imo; his existence is a mystery even he can't figure out. That said, Rane definitely had a lot of appeal. ;) The writing itself was well done: skillful and descriptive. Looking forward to book 2! )

The characters. The plot. The twists and turns. THE CLIFFHANGER. The writing. All of it. I was completely lost in this little world and screamed when I hit that last page. It’s an entire world of...

Twisty, magical, and spicy

I’m super thankful to have received an ARC copy of Of Silver and Sinβ€”as always, I’m leaving this honest review voluntarily. I’m a sucker for morally gray MMCs, and there’s no shortage in this book! Although I was a little confused with so many characters and their links at first, I really enjoyed the journey of coming to understanding. I kept finding myself trying to put the pieces together because I’m always trying to stay a step ahead of an author’s twists. And although I did guess some of...
