There are very few things I despise more than, well, its a party that starts with G. One of those things is cliffhangers. I waited to read the last few books in this series until now because of my previous rage at the cliffhangers in this series. I should have waited until the series was finished. To me, cliffhangers are cheating and almost cruel to loyal readers and kind of greedy when you think about it. I'm not a fan of an ongoing series but this is one that I'm hooked on. I love the humor, the affection between characters, the excitement of the stories and the love. This book has them all. My only issue is that this story was not completed, which they usually are towards the end. Even though they always have a cliffhanger (btw, I dislike cliffhangers), the initial problem is usually resolved. This one wasn't. I absolutely love this series. It is a gripping series that you have you laughing so hard you fall out of your seat. However, there is always amazing suspense, mystery, drama and action. With another threat looming, Daisy is in a crunch to save her brother Gabe and of course the love of her life Gideon and unfortunately Zadkiel.
