Wow I can’t wait for book 2! The author’s writing only gets better with each book she writes and the character for Soulless is a vibe! Minus the fact that she is avenging her fiancés death, Vendetta is the woman I wanted to be when I was a child, powers and all! And the cover is beautiful! )

Another excellent book from K.j Sutton. True to from she grabs you right away with a captivating beginning and holds that energy until all of a sudden the book is at the end and you're wishing for part two. Vendetta is on a mission to destroy the creature who took everything from her. Unfortunately for her she's also being hunted while doing the hunting. This book takes us through exactly what she is willing to do to find this monster, including some monstrous acts herself. This is book one, so...

Dark, original and utterly brilliant. totally loved this story of Vendetta, an avenging goddess who somehow is still worthy of redemption while she seeks revenge. I thought this book was well handled, with the right amount of tension and vulnerability. I cannot wait for book 2 and see how Shay and Vendetta fare. Really hope that the writer also decides to finish the Voyant series which I also loved. )
