This was my first read by this author, but it definitely won’t be my last. I thoroughly enjoyed Victoria & Kyro’s story. Even though this is on the shorter side, it still felt like a complete novel filled with tension, angst, longing, and a sprinkle of spice. For me, the ending was a little anticlimactic, but overall I really enjoyed it. I will be reading more from her. ) One person found this helpful

I had a hard time with this one. It is a pretty common storyline for the story and it takes place in a universe that I enjoyed reading about in the book, The Vampire Who Tried It. However, the whole book, I could help being uncomfortable with how the MMC constantly violated any boundaries the FMC tried to set. Especially after 10 years and misunderstandings? Why is he so comfortable immediately stepping into her space and saying sexual stuff? Then constantly touching her and making sure she...
