Eldrith Manor

by Dylan Rose
Public defender Silas Vance is just trying to sell his crumbling Kentucky inheritance, River’s End, to escape a mountain of debt. He expects a simple eviction, but he finds Elias Thorne instead—a mesmerizing, ancient vampire who refuses to leave and has a lease signed in blood. What should have been a cold business transaction quickly spirals into a high-stakes battle for survival as a rival vampire lord descends upon the property, threatening to unleash a rotting, ancient evil from the estate’s basement.
This Southern Gothic paranormal romance masterfully blends historical atmosphere with modern, high-heat tension. Forced into an uneasy alliance, the grumpy, pragmatic Silas and his lethal, alpha-male tenant must navigate a dangerous game of power and seduction. As the wards protecting the house begin to fail, the boundaries between landlord and squatter dissolve, replaced by a dark, magnetic pull that is as impossible to ignore as it is deadly.
If you are craving a gritty, character-driven story with a perfect grumpy-sunshine dynamic, this is your next obsession. Dylan Rose delivers a pulse-pounding tale of blood-sharing, size differences, and the kind of soul-deep connection that only happens when the stakes are life and death. It is sexy, haunting, and dangerously addictive.

A great read. As a gay person myself it's nice to read a story told from that perspective. This book is sexy, sweet, and action packed. I enjoyed reading it. )
