Angela McAllister’s life has been shattered. After tragedy forces a painful separation from her consort, Connor Wilcox, she returns to her clan as prima, desperate to bury her grief in duty. But fate has other plans. Angela discovers she is pregnant, inadvertently triggering the deadly Wilcox curse that threatens to claim her life. With her time running out, she must do the unthinkable: seek out the man who broke her heart to fight for a future that seems impossible.
This final installment of The Witches of Cleopatra Hill trilogy masterfully blends paranormal suspense with a deeply emotional slow-burn romance. As Angela journeys into the Otherworld to unearth the secrets of her past, her magic evolves in unexpected ways. Alongside her found-family, she must unravel the dark threads of a legacy that has haunted her people for generations. It is a dangerous, soul-searching quest where the price of healing may be the ultimate sacrifice.
If you are looking for an addictive series that balances high-stakes supernatural mystery with heart-pounding passion, look no further. Christine Pope delivers an unforgettable conclusion that is as haunting as it is romantic. Prepare to be swept away by this spellbinding tale of love, destiny, and the power of forgiveness.

This was an amazing end to a great series. If you haven't read The Witches of Cleopatra Hill Series, you need to pick these books up now! This final book in the series has twists, turns, and both heartbreaking and heart-lifting moments, so trust me, you won't be disappointed. After the shocking end to Darknight, Ms. Pope delivers a very satisfying conclusion to the story and wraps up all the loose ends. Ms. Pope's writing is simply extraordinary, and will sweep you into the world of witches and...

I gave this book, and the whole Witches of Cleopatra Hill trilogy, a 5-star rating because they are completely absorbing to me. Romance, mystery, the supernatural, family history... all of these elements are present and woven into a great storyline. The characters are believable, and their actions very true to life. There is no explicit violence, and the sex scenes are more suggestive than descriptive. I would have no problem letting my 16-year-old daughter read this, but I would say these...

I read the first if the three books from a free genre boxed set and I immediately purchased books two and three after finishing them. C. Pope does a great job keeping the pace of the stories up without skimming over the storyline. Super great job! The only thing I could change about the books was the the word \"incongruous\". It was used so many times I felt it was a little lazy - get a thesaurus. (I'm not a writer - so I'm sure it's a lot harder than it looks.) The characters were fantastic...

I waited until I finished this series before writing a review. I can't give this less than five stars because it kept my interest from the first page of book one until the last page of book three. The story of Angela, new prima of her clan, and the task of finding her consort is fraught with the suspense of a young woman's desires and the traditions of her clan. Just when you think the story is going in one direction it takes a little turn and has you nodding in agreement or annoyance. I won't...
