Bound by the blood-soaked earth of Culloden Moor, a band of Highland warriors remains trapped between the echoes of war and the promise of peace. Their only hope lies with Soncerae, a formidable Muir witch who offers these restless spirits a desperate bargain: two days of life to resolve their unfinished business. Yet, the price of this resurrection remains a haunting secret, one that could cost her more than she ever imagined.
This captivating collection launches a sweeping Scottish paranormal romance saga, weaving together the lives of four magnetic Highlanders—McEwan, Lachlan, Jamie, and Payton—as they step out of the shadows and into the modern world. Each man must confront his own tragic past, choosing between the cold comfort of revenge and the terrifying beauty of a second chance at love.
Perfect for fans of slow-burn tension and found-family dynamics, these stories balance bitter sorrow with heart-swelling joy. As the boundaries between life and death blur, you will be swept into a world of rich Scottish brogues, deep intrigue, and soul-stirring romance. Will these warriors find the courage to let go of the battlefield, or will their secrets pull them back into the dark forever?

My favorite so far, what a bonny yarn she wove, now. Almost a faerie tale it be...both bitter and sweet, with joy and sorrow, surprise and intrigue, ya ken? So much fun to hear the accent in my head while reading! )

I’m addicted! To think there are 79 opportunities to write a different story for each Highlander! Now I have to finish reading the rest of their stories! Well written, engaging, good dialogue, wonderful story lines, clean, warm and loving. A great series of romances that actually teach you something about goodness and sacrifice. Loved all the ones I’ve read so far. )

Book 1 - THE GATHERING - 3.5 Stars This is a quick introduction that even taking my time only took me about a half hour to finish. It's basically a prequel that tells how 79 young and ghostly Highland warriors who died at the Battle of Culloden during the Jacobite rising of 1746 get their second chance at life, love, and redemption....
