Nadir Seif is a djinn burdened by a dangerous reality: his power to grant wishes is a curse that ruins everyone it touches. He has spent centuries avoiding commitment to protect others, but his resolve shatters the moment he meets his new neighbor, a bubbly rabbit-shifter named Torin Bagely. Nadir is the quintessential grumpy recluse, determined to keep his distance, but his supernatural pull toward Torin is impossible to ignore.
Torin is done playing games and ready to start the family she has always dreamed of. When she sets her sights on the brooding, mysterious man across the street, she senses the warmth hidden beneath his icy exterior. Thrown into a state of forced-proximity and undeniable chemistry, the two are trapped in a dance of wills. Nadir tries to push her away to save her from his volatile nature, while Torin is intent on proving that their connection is worth any risk.
This paranormal romance perfectly balances high-stakes tension with a heartwarming, spicy narrative. If you are looking for a story where the line between control and surrender bleeds into something transformative, this is your next obsession. Dive into a world where magic, destiny, and desire collide in the most intoxicating way.

I can't get into too much description without giving main plot points away, but this is a must read. that gave me a hopping good time. When I 1st started reading this book I couldn't get into it but then when I took a chance and tried again it started to make since as a story. The story is really cute about a rabbit and a djinn. Nadir is a djinn determined not to be trapped because his mother used his father for her own greedy needs. This was a funny love story with Theo a...

This was such a cute book! I loved how every Supernatural got along, except Patty that is. Gnomes, cats, djinn’s all got along unlike people in the 21st century. I loved Torin, Nadir and Sandra’s characters and the storyline was awesome. )

Another good entry into this series of standalone paranormal romances. The books are not shorts, but not long either; just enough to get a complete feel for the characters and build their romance. This one has a cute twist on a couple of holidays too. )
