Hannah Osborne Pogue is a practical witch balancing the demands of modern motherhood with the ancient, heavy secrets of her Salem ancestry. As an office manager for a private investigation firm, she uses her intuitive gifts to help her best friend solve cases, keeping her true nature carefully tucked away. Her orderly existence unravels, however, when she inherits an antique poesy ring that insists on projecting cryptic, romantic visions of her future.
The arrival of Henry Walker, a rugged and skeptical former cop, turns her professional life into a battlefield of clashing wills. While Henry is determined to uncover the secrets Hannah is hiding, he finds himself irresistibly drawn to the woman behind the mystery. What begins as a tense workplace rivalry quickly ignites into a high-stakes paranormal romance, forcing Hannah to choose between the safety of her family’s hidden legacy and the pull of an unexpected, dangerous love.
Perfect for readers who crave a smart, sexy, and atmospheric escape, this story masterfully blends supernatural intrigue with a steamy slow-burn dynamic. Whether you are a fan of the series or a new reader looking for a standalone magical treat, this tale of ghosts, destiny, and undeniable chemistry will leave you spellbound.

Smart, sexy, magickal! I Ellen Dugan continues to delight and entrance us with her story telling in this the sixth installment of the legacy of Magick Series. Add a sprinkling of Ivy, a dash of mystery, mix in a little rascal named Eli and you'll...

Things are not always what they seem is the theme to this story. As usual with Ellen Dugan's books the stories are always so delicious and never long enough for me. It's a wonderful snack to enjoy before going to bed. Happy reading. ) 2 people found this helpful

I have really enjoyed reading this series. My only negative comment is that I wish the author had not included as much graphic sexual content. I just skip through those parts. Other than that, love the story, the charachters, etc. )

Everyday life, mixed with history and throw in sexual tension. A real winner for me. Having to keep a big secret from all your friends and neighbors, in a town where that secret could have cost your life. A great read, just like all of The Legacy of Magick stories. They seem so real. ) One person found this helpful
