Wow, nothing was as it appeared. I thought I had it all.figured out and ..... NOPE must definitely was surprised at the end. Now to eagerly wait for book 2 to come out. ) One person found this helpful

Thank you to the author Gray Holborn and The Nerd Fam for this gifted ebook. I really enjoyed this book. It took a bit to get into it but I found myself itching for the next part. The story takes place in a post-apocalyptic setting. I did not realize there was a series that led up to this (although it's not imperative that you read it first), that gives us more insight into the events leading up to the Undoing. I will definitely have to check that series out - The Protector Guild. Mareena's...

First time reading from Gray Holborn and wow, I could not put this book down! It was so interesting right from the get go! Mareena is a foster kid who is just living her life with her best friend Sora when the Undoing happens. Supernatural’s come into the world and everything changes. Multiple POV and the chapters go between preundoing and after, so you get the whole picture of who is Mareena and what she’s been through. Highly recommend! Can’t wait for book 2!! )

Kind of boring

This was a little rough to get through. It was SO slow and not a lot happened. The writing is good but for such a long book barely anything happened. I dont know if I will continue the series. ) 3 people found this helpful
