Raven Bonetalker is a woman caught between worlds, balancing the delicate nuances of her burgeoning romance with Kipa, the powerful Lord of the Wolves, and her grim duties as the Daughter of Bones. Life in the supernatural fringes is rarely quiet, but when a mysterious, malevolent spirit begins siphoning the life force from one of Kipa’s divine wolf shifters, Raven must descend into a harrowing investigation. As the shifter faces a haunting tied to his own tragic past, Raven is forced into a perilous alliance with Arachna, the ancient Web Weaver.
This installment in the Ante-Fae adventure series masterfully blends chilling ghost story elements with the steamier side of paranormal romance. Readers will find themselves immersed in a world of forced proximity and dark, atmospheric tension where the stakes are life and death. The narrative thrives on the chemistry between Raven and Kipa, offering a high-heat relationship that crackles against the backdrop of an encroaching, otherworldly threat.
For fans of found-family dynamics and historical-tinged supernatural intrigue, this story delivers a compelling mix of heart-pounding action and intimate emotional stakes. If you are looking for a haunting, fast-paced read where the romance is as dangerous as the spirits, this is your next obsession.

This is the second book featuring the young Ante-Fae and friend of the Wild Hunt, Raven Bonetalker. After the unfortunate death of her lover, she is now seeing Kipa, and the romance is HOT. She’s still trying to remove the curse on the ferrets in her care. Her bigoted neighbors finally went too far, and she will drive them out of the neighborhood. Adventures unfold as Raven tries to free one of Kipa’s pack from a deadly curse that is slowly killing him. Unfortunately, this brings her to...

Raven has a lot on her mind! First there is the issue with her ferrets, then Kipa has a problem he needs her help with. Raven’s neighbours are still causing trouble, and there is a resident nearby that Raven has to deal with. All in all, it’s a busy week for a Bonetalker! Witching Bones is book 8 in the Wild Hunt, and abruptly picks up after the ending of book six (book seven takes place shortly before book five and so is set a few months before this book). It begins with a bang, literally, as...

This is the 2nd book from Raven's point of view and I love the new sides of her we got to see. While she came off as the most badass and most confident woman ever in her first book, this time we got to see her more vulnerable sides: her new romantic relationship and her relationship with her parents. All this while fighting some uglies, of course! What I liked most is that we get a quick view of what it means of being a young ante-fae. We get to see her being parented by her mother (can't give...

Oh yes, this tale is rife with danger & intrigue. Our girl has an open heart & when asked to help out with a misguided curse , entangles herself with a very ancient Ante-Fae. She gets in way over her head & incures the wrath of both God's and mother. )
